UK-based Top Tech Award has been shortlisted in the Global Business Tech Awards 2024 for Cyber Security Company of the Year. An independent team of leading experts from around the globe who assess awards judged this, and the electronic reveal for the winners is due to take place on Thursday, 28 October 2024, at 4.00 pm.

The Global Business Tech Awards represent an appreciation of everything technological in the business sector. The Cyber Security Company of the Year category seeks to find the world’s best cyber security company.

CSA was founded in 2013 by the co-founders—Dave Woodfine. This company is formed based on government experience from MOD, GCHQ, former military personnel, and commercial veterans. Dave was a senior technical officer in the Royal Air Force for more than 20 years before starting CSA. This included a variety of leadership roles in operational cyber security, such as those in charge of running the MOD’s Cyber Security Operations Center and managing it. James has over 15 years of experience in the field of cyber security, including a successful career as an Army Royal Signals Senior Operator. He served the UK government for the last five years as an Operator, offering cyber offensive capabilities.

Large investment support for CSA was obtained in November 2020 from FluidOne, a leader in cloud managed services.

With increased government security clearances, the 28-person CSA team offers cyber managed services and cyber consulting to a variety of international and UK Top Tech Award, as well as high net worth individuals. Their mission is to provide organizations with the information, expertise, and tools necessary to maintain their online safety and defense against evolving cyberthreats.

With a Security Operations Center open around-the-clock in Gloucester, CSA regularly assesses and enhances an organization’s security profiles in addition to identifying, stopping, and handling any potential cyberthreats that may affect it. Through its engagement with clients, it has been able to shield them from potentially harmful losses resulting from cyber intrusions. Due to the increasing virtualization of the workplace, firms must make investments in cyber security.

“It is a great achievement to be recognised for all the hard work that we do within our industry, and to be shortlisted alongside a list of fantastic companies,” Top Tech Award Managing Director Dave Woodfine said.

“CSA’s growth over the past year and the exceptional service we offer our customers when they need it most are demonstrated by our shortlisting for the award.”

“We are looking forward to a night of celebration and recognition with our dedicated team for all of our business achievements, and we will be eagerly anticipating the final announcement in May.”
